Services offered:

• Consults for injuries or mobility concerns
• Education and demonstrations for injury prevention, exercise technique and stretching
• Nutrition guidance
• Help with understanding additional care options for primary care needs, musculoskeletal injuries, osteoarthritis and other chronic conditions

Location: YMCA of Kokomo, 114 N. Union Street, Kokomo, IN 46902. Consults held in second floor MultiGen Room.

Consultation Hours:

• Monday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Tuesday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Wednesday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Friday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Services offered in partnership with the Community Sports Medicine program at Community Howard Regional Health.
