My doctor was very caring and direct. She responded to all my questions and made sure I understood all options for planning my future care. I also really loved seeing her personality through her corduroy pants with ducks on them.

She is absolutely wonderful. Talks a little fast once in awhile but also know how extremely busy she is. Would not want anyone but Dr Liu to take of me and the issues I have had. She is the best, and her bedside manner is to shabby either. She's definitely a keeper.

I found Dr Liu and her team to be very personable and professional throughout my biopsy procedure. Dr Lui did a nice job outlining the procedure with my husband and myself. Her team was very attentive to my needs and I was very thankful they were working with me. Dr Lui also did a video conference with us to discuss the outcome of the biopsy and the plan going forward. While I certainly did not enjoy the procedure itself, I feel I was in good hands throughout.

Dr. Liu is amazing, caring, and respectful. She takes time to listen, answer questions, & shows you your scans…even when normal. Having a high risk for breast cancer, she discusses all options to yearly detection & she allows you to make the decisions based on what you feel comfortable with.

She was fine- just didnt project confidence in her opinions about best treatment plan and in her answers to questions. Needs more experience working one-on-one with newly diagnosed patients. Probably a great surgeon, based on her educational experiences (which is why I chose her) but patient interaction needs improvement. I did not feel comfortable there or confident with her which is why I have chosen to go elsewhere. My second opinion, with a different breast surgeon, was an entirely different and a very positive experience.
