Tanya has more than a decade of experience in executive recruitment. She joined Community Health Network in 2010, to focus on recruiting surgical and medical specialties. As director, Tanya guides department processes and procedures and manages the overall effort of recruiting physicians and advanced practice providers to Community Physician Network. Tanya enjoys leading a team dedicated to the task of attracting high caliber providers, in an exceptionally competitive healthcare marketplace. Prior to Community, Tanya worked in executive recruitment for the legal industry. She recruited attorneys on behalf of Am Law 100 law firms and corporations, working with the Boston office of a national search firm and then a regional firm in the Midwest. She earned a law degree from Notre Dame Law School and a bachelor’s degree in English and political science from Villanova University. An east coast native, Tanya currently resides in Zionsville, Indiana, with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cooking.

Angela joined the physician recruitment team in February 2010. She began her career in physician recruitment in 2001 with a retained firm and has had physician recruitment experience in a variety of other venues prior to joining Community Physician Network. Angela obtained her bachelor’s degree in public health at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and her master of health administration from Saint Louis University in Saint Louis, Missouri. In her role as senior network physician recruiter, Angela focuses on the recruitment of family medicine, endocrinology and rheumatology physicians. She also has oversight of the family medicine resident recruitment initiatives. Angela is an Indiana native and enjoys sharing with physician candidates all that Community Physician Network and Indianapolis have to offer.
Caitlin Gallagher, Network Physician Recruiter

Caitlin joined the physician recruitment team in 2012 as a physician recruiter. Caitlin was raised in Carmel, Indiana and earned her B.S. in Selling and Sales Management from Purdue University with a minor in organizational leadership and supervision. She has completed a work study program in London, England and spent the majority of her career in marketing management, representing one of the top leaders in the hospitality industry in Arizona and California.
Caitlin is responsible for the recruitment and retention of physicians to Community Health Network and affiliate practices. Her areas of concentration include cardiovascular, neurology and internal medicine. Caitlin is proud to represent Community Health Network and lives the values of the organization. She is thrilled to share the positive environment and culture with current and prospective physicians.
In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing recreational sports, exercising and spoiling her labradoodle, Cooper. Caitlin has had a great time exploring Indianapolis since her return to the city in 2012.

Sarah joined the physician recruitment team in 2011 as a physician recruitment coordinator and now manages behavioral health, obstetrics and gynecology, and general pediatrics recruitment within our network. She is originally from Indianapolis and is proud of what our great city has to offer! A graduate of Ball State University, Sarah has an extensive background in hospitality and human resources. She loves working for Community Health Network because we truly live by our value of “patients first.” In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband and two children, running, reading, and cooking.

Taylor graduated from Purdue University in May 2013 with a bachelor of science degree in selling and sales management. That same year she joined the Community Physician Network’s physician recruitment team as a physician recruitment specialist. She transitioned to a physician recruitment coordinator role in February 2014 and is now a physician recruiter. She primarily works with medical and surgical subspecialty searches. Prior to joining the physician recruitment department, Taylor worked as an intern at Community Health Network’s centralized business office beginning the summer of 2011. She enjoyed working with the network and decided upon graduation this was a place for her to stay. Born and raised in Indiana, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being active, and watching sports.

Jennifer completed her bachelor’s degree in public relations and applied communications at Ball State University in 2001. She obtained her master’s degree in management at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2006. Jennifer began her recruitment career with Community Health Network in 2001 as a nurse recruiter for various facilities and product lines. Today, Jennifer’s role focuses on recruitment and employee relations for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and certified registered nurse anesthetists throughout the Community Health Network system. Jennifer hails from northern Indiana but is happy to call Indianapolis home. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her four children, health and wellness, and reading.

Katie graduated from Indiana University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in public affairs and she will finish her master of science in human resource management in April of 2015. She began her recruitment career with Community Health Network in December of 2014 with a focus on assisting with specialty care employment. Although she is from Northwest Indiana, Katie considers Indianapolis to be home and loves spending time with family and friends, working out, trying new restaurants, volunteering with School on Wheels, and traveling.
