Community Health Network’s for-profit subsidiary, VEI, is leading the way in developing and providing management services for joint ventures involving physicians and hospitals. Building on its success with Indiana Surgery Centers, VEI develops and manages ambulatory surgery and endoscopy centers in central Indiana and surrounding states. Key to the success of its partnerships is VEI’s model of collaboration among hospitals and physicians on these joint ventures. VEI sustains the growth and profitability of each venture with our dedication to creating exceptional experiences for patients, physicians and employees at each center.
In addition to its leadership in surgery center development and management, VEI also directs retail pharmacy operations, manages the surgical services departments at three Community Health Network hospitals, provides physician practice management services for more than 40 physician practices, and owns and manages seven medical office buildings in central Indiana.
