It always makes a patient nervous when they are forced to change providers, due to no fault on the patient's part. Dr. Trulock made the changeover - from one doc in the practice to another doc still in the same practice. He insured that my history and medical records (including test results, earlier conditions experienced, and results of earlier treatment paths) would be fully transferred and incorporated to my current records chart. Very well done! Efficient and thorough!
